30 minutes walking per day can make a difference!
I have in recent years become a fan of walking as a legitimate form of exercise. I used to think that you had to do excessive cardio to be truly fit. While it’s true that you don’t burn as many calories in 30 minutes of walking as 30 minutes of stairmaster, I find it an easier goal to maintain. And, at the end of the day, if you can maintain an exercise regime over the long term, you will enjoy the health benefits.
